3 Shoulder Exercises To Improve Mobility & Shoulder Health

I created this video to demonstrate to you 3 simple and effective mobility exercises that you can do as part of a program to improve your shoulder health. I recommend that you perform 1 set of 10 repetitions of each exercise. These can easily be done daily, you can even do them multiple times per day. It will literally take you a minute to do them.
